Lived the problem
Ten years in the automotive industry: first selling, then running a full dealership. Consignment, transfers, insurance, document management. Always the same issues: paper trails, disorder, information that got lost.
Chose to solve it
I could complain or fix it. I learned to code and built the tools my own operation needed — without stopping to serve customers or manage the team.
Built the solution
A full management system for automotive dealers, the dealership's website, and AI-powered WhatsApp bots connected to automations. Today I do the same for other businesses.

- Consignments, sales, payments and title transfers spread across spreadsheets with no traceability or clear owner.

- Multi-tenant SaaS with a separate database per client: stock, consignments, sales notes, payments, plate lookups, expiry alerts and reporting.

- An established dealership whose inventory was not online and that depended on a third party for every change.
- Solución
- Own site with a filterable catalogue, complete vehicle pages, contextual WhatsApp contact and a private admin panel the team runs itself.

- One WhatsApp number worked by several people, with no owner per conversation, no shared history and no commercial follow-up.
